Why is at possible to find foreign body gaint cells in granulomas caused by tuberculosis and sarciodosis? Isn’t that only seen in granular inflammation cause by a foreign body??

The different giant cell morphologies (foreign body, Langhans…) cannot be used diagnostically as they both occur in e.g. tuberculosis. Sarcoidosis etc.
